REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your Northern Dash purchases, so we will duly consider all reasons for return.
Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges at our discretion and only if we are notified of your request within 7 days of your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty or taxes have been paid we are not able to refund these costs. Please note that we do not issue refunds due to change of mind.
If for some reason the product has not arrived with the allotted timeframe, please contact us within 7 business days.
At Northern Dash, we take great care in hand-making and packaging your orders to ensure that they arrive safely and in a timely fashion. However once the package has been dispatched, we do not take responsibility for items that are lost/damaged/delayed/missing in transit.
To ensure that your Northern Dash chokers last as long as possible, please handle them with care and refrain from wearing them in water/playing sport. We do not take responsibility for any damage of the chokers due to lack of care. When adjusting the necklaces, do not pull the cord tight as you may find it difficult to separate the knots.
Any information provided by Northern Dash customers is private and confidential and will never be shared with any external affiliations or individuals. Credit card information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.
